i am overly amazingly happy b/c of this:
Mk and I are looking for dancers who are interested in helping us with the other dancers in classes Beginner - Novice. We have selected the dancers below as good candidates for these positions. We plan on calling them "Drillers" (we stole that name from Trinity Academy :-), that's my footnote).

- You will each be assinged to 1 class that will be the same each week.
- Dancers will be given the opportunity to take extra classes Tues/Wed and or Thurs at no extra charge.
(UMM...AKA....FREE EXTRA CLASSES, WHICH ARE LIKE AN EXTRA $20 A MONTH)
- Dancers will improve on their own dancing while they continue to focus on basics with the younger kids.
- They will become bigger role models than they already are.
(O...K, WHATEVER THEY THINK)
- Keeps them interested in dancing and off the streets!! -
(CUZ WE'RE TOTALLY WORRIED ABOUT THAT)
***AND NOW, THE COOLEST PART OF IT***
- Dancers will be taught things towards becoming an Irish Dancer teacher and begin preparation for TCRG exam. We do not expect you all to become one but we'd like to help those who are interested. After spending so many years dedicated we will encourage dancers to follow through and take the exam, even if they never use it.

the thing now is to convince the mothership to go w/ it cuz she wont like having to drive there and stuff but if i can swing it that would rock!
