Ok, im figuring this out. If you would like to comment on an entry (this is an entry) just click "post comment" right below this. If you would like to post en entry to appear on this main page that other people can comment on, look at the blue control panel on the right hand side of the screen, and near the bottom it says "post to this blog". that will post an entry.

Umm....I guess that's all I have to say for now.
